Good Morning!

Time for trail run. Started by Brookside Golf Course near the Rose Bowl. Climbed to La Canada along the horse trails through Flint Canyon.

Lesson: Wake up and celebrate the morning. Get the run in early before you run out of time.

BTW, happy Valentine’s Day. Someone sent a facebook that said ‘happy VD’. I giggled. Not sure I’d have a happy VD.
