Nothing clears the head like a lunchtime swim!

1,500 yds, 30:13 moving time. El Monte Aquatic Center.

There were kids and classes at the outdoor pool. I joined the lap swim at the indoor pool. I shared a lane for about half the time. Then, had my own lane. Pool was a bit warm, but maybe I was working too hard.
