The Rose Bowl Parade was on Monday Jan 2. The theme is Echoes of Success. We like to walk around the floats early in the morning before the parade actually starts. This year, I went with M and her girlfriends. Highlights: dragon, turtles, tweet birds, flying monkey, and harambe gorilla. The girls were pretty happy to get their Jesus picture again. The kids volunteer at the South Pasadena Float each year. Afterwards, we go home and have a big breakfast and watch the parade on TV.
