In this foggy morning, I listen to Christian Worship and Praise music on my solo runs. It’s a time of meditation and thinking. Today I was praying about my friends at Life Group at Christian Assembly in Eagle Rock. My run was a slower pace, because I kept stopping to text my friends and tell them that I was praying for them this morning.

Life Lesson: Tell the people that matter to you, that they matter to you. Do it now.
