Morning run on trails by Rose Bowl.

I was solo today. PTC friends didn’t show. Lynda is leaving for vacation this morning. It was a nice day. Sunny, a little muggy, I was sweating up a storm.

Mile 1 and 2 were labored, tough miles. Maybe I should eat a lighter breakfast for shorter runs. Miles 5 and 6 were much much better. 4 Strava trophies, on random segments around the top of the rocky trail. I love the trails. I left my phone in the car. So, no pretty pictures today. Just the end.
