Rice cakes. Getting ready for Mulholland Challenge.

Feed Zone Portables. I made the savory rice cakes. Scrambled eggs, bacon, gouda cheese, liquid amino acids, and turbinado raw cane sugar. Just like the pros on the Tour, I wrapped the cakes in parchment paper and foil. Mulholland Challenge is 120 miles, 13,900 ft of climbing. Two years ago, my belly died at mile 90 and I had to call it quits. Last year I made the rice cakes and made it the whole 120 miles. This year will be great. I’m all ready to go.
