Since the kids have their own social schedule with parties and stuff, me and my lovely have had the wonderful opportunity to go out on date night by ourselves.

Last week we went o Gyu-Kaku in Pasadena. Japanese grill. We chose the meaty full course. It was wonderful. You do have to cook it yourself, but it actually works for us. I like my meat medium rare and my lovely like well done. The meat quality was terrific. We were stuffed. It ended with a Smores that was fun. Plus, we got there during happy hour and got $2 beer!
