5000 m, 1:58 moving time.

Celebrating Labor Day and a day off work, I swam my longest swim ever, 5000 m (5468 yds)! Coach Barry had some drills mixed in there. I was lucky to get a lane in the long course 50 m pool. I rarely get to swim in the sunshine, so it was a special treat. Even though I put on sunscreen, the 1:59 in the pool still got me some new tan lines.
