Run So Pas

Since my plantar fasciitis is clearing up, it’s time to run again. I took an easy 50 minute run around So Pas.

Mile 1 Plantar was still stiff and tweaky feeling.
Mile 2 felt generally out of run shape. Felt flabby and jiggly.
Mile 3 felt better. Downhill helped.
Mile 4 left inner knee ligament tweaky. Walked home.
