3100 m, 1:06. Golden Road Aquatics at Verdugo Park in Burbank, CA. Air temperatures are dropping, but the pool is still warm. My car said 36°F. I got a shot with my twim Abel in our GRA jammers.

I got there a couple minutes early and jumped in for a few extra laps. Main set was 10 minute swim. Kick then another 10 minutes swim. All together I got a longer / farther workout today.
