Maximiliano’s

We grabbed a bite to eat at Maximiliano’s in Highland Park (LA). Yummy.

The Cheese and Charcuterie was the best. San Daniele prosciutto, bacon confit, Creminelli finocchio Italian salami, house-made wild boar pâté, Humboldt Fog chèvre, Beemster mosterd, Ile de France.

I had an Allagash, a Belgian style beer. It was nice. Clean crisp, bubbly but not too much, smooth.

I had Spaghetti and Meatballs. Homemade veal, pork, beef meatballs, pomodoro, Reggiano. My daughter had the Orecchiette: fennel sausage, heirloom cherry tomato, kale, jalapeño, pecorino Romano. Both were delicious.
