6.1 miles, 1:00. With negative splits.
Last week I had a good run. For IMMT, my biggest worry is the run. Not only do I need to Putin the miles, I want to feel that I can run without total misery. So, I was very encouraged on my last Thursday’s run. The same local route with Lynda and Steve. The initial climb out of theRose Bowl is slow. And we kept picking it up. I believe my inhaler and water in hand are a good strategy to open up the lungs and to control the mucus build up. The negative split part was the best, because it was proof that I was feeling better at the end than at the beginning.
