We finally finished up the stairway railing. The installer got it in Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Whew. We’d been living with no railing since the floors were done in July. No one fell down the stairs; but I had some close calls myself. As expected, working with contractors is frustrating, and in the end you just want it over. Overall, we’re happy how it turned it out. I like the stainless steel cable look: clean, modern.
