Sushi celebration – Sugarfish

The kids and I celebrated getting into college, well, not me but M. She chose Sugarfish in Pasadena. It’s the best. The kids got Trust Me’s and I got The Nozawa. Scrumptious, melt in your mouth deliciousness. Yowza it was goodza.

Quality starts with the best fish every morning.

Simplicity and balance should be used to accent the flavor and texture of the fish.

Sushi should not be stringy, chewy, tough or fishy.

Rice should be warm and loosely packed so it melts in the mouth.
