On a cloudy, cool morning, a couple days before Christmas, the club rode a modified Resolution – Tuesday Ride Special. Less hills than you might expect as a Christmas treat for us from Lynda.

Mile 0: Starting from Jones Coffee. Rode North on Raymond and east on Walnut and Sierra Madre.

Mile 5: First climb up New York to the Top of Lake Ave. Some steep sections 10-13%.

Mile 11: Lake Ave to Hampstead. Rode past JPL, and along Chevy Chase.

Mile 18: Regroup at SugarLoaf. Julian, Burt, and Lynda got bonus points for going up SugarLoaf. I went up the first bend for half a bonus point.

Mile 19: Inverness to Emerald Isle. Steep sections. Down Mountain. Reverse route back to Jones.

Mile 30: Coffee and snacks at Jones. Fun Day and Christmas.
