Brick = Bike + Run

First brick workout of the season. Beautiful day. Great weather. Started at Rose Bowl. 2 laps at friendly speed. Then, 4 more laps as fast as you can. Sun went down as we packed up the bikes and ran around the Brookside Golf Course. I cut it short to make it to my daughter’s softball game.

Mike, Anton, Michel, Mike, Me, Lucas, Bill, Lynda, Peter, Elizabeth. We had a couple more join us a few minutes later as we swept around the bowl.
