Transition Brick = Bike – Run – Bike – Run – Bike – Run…
The Transition Brick is a chance to practice getting into and out of your bike stuff. It give you the fun of feeling what it’s like to run, after a ride. Different muscles are involved. Transition bricks help you run in your bike cleats to the mounting line. We practiced at the Rose Bowl parking lot. We set up racks to mount your bike and taped off a mounting / dismounting line.
It ended with a Pizza.
