All those going to IRONMAN St. George Utah 70.3 in 2 weeks, raise your hand! A big club race coming up. Over 29 racers from the club are making the trip! Post-party plans are queued up.

Elizabeth, PTC Race Director, shared about upcoming events. Santa Barbara Triathlon in August. Elizabeth is transitioning the race discounts to the Members-Only area on the website.

Pro Cyclist Ronnie Toth (left) and Pro Triathlete Kyle Hughes (right) shared stories and answered questions. They shared nutrition ideas about real food and smoothies. They shared training workouts for pros and AG’s. They shared their individual stories of coming back from injuries and fatness. Through humor and wit, they also shared some inspiration on moving past accidents and keeping focus.
