Fourth of July at the Hollywood Bowl

My family celebrates the Fourth of July at the Hollywood Bowl. There is a LA Philharmonic concert with American Music. A Smokey Robinson mini-concert, then Big Fireworks.

We hung up our big flag at home. Then, we take a shuttle bus from Pasadena. It’s a lot better than trying to park at the Bowl. It zips you out right after the concert is over.

My sister and brother-in-law met us at the Bowl. My mom and dad missed this year, but brought a couple friends that more than pulled their weight on the picnic. They brought ribs. Abby made crunchy baked garlic chicken. We brought fruit, cookies, and rice crispy treats. Picnicing at the Bowl is really fun. We had great seats this year. G2.
