I started running more. After the mini vacation with my parents, my gut felt awful. Part of the reason was that we kept eating at weird times; the other reason was that I wasn’t sleeping well. The room was really muggy, uncomfortable. Kinda odd. The AC fan was loud too. Anyway, although running is hard on the body, it also cleans out the body. I feel so much better after a couple days of running. My left knee and ankle joints are tender but the GI system is cleared out and lighter. After looking at the heart rate data, it looks like I’m redlining. It wasn’t a big run. It was a usual Rose Bowl Loop. The first mile is always hard for me, then I beared down and kept going to keep the pace at negative splits.
