    1. Hydration is huge. I’m a big sweater too.
      I pre-hydrate by drinking a lot before a ride. Otherwise I start in a deficit.
      Then I keep drinking throughout the ride. I use Skratch Labs power. It’s easy on my stomach. On rides that are longer than 2 hrs. I use Hammer Perpeteum and a little fruit juice to break up the chalky flavor.
