My daughter picked out a Chocolate Cream Pie for Thanksgiving dessert. One of my favorites too. Yummy! I love homemade whipped cream thick with a dash of vanilla. Alton Brown suggested freezing the metal bowl and whip to make stiff peaks in the whipped cream.
