36.8 miles. We rode down the San Gabriel River Trail. Rob, Yas, Alvin, and David continued down SGRT for long Ironman Training. They went down to Long Beach and back up the Los Angeles River Trail and Rio Hondo River Trail. The rest of us, turned up Rio Hondo River Trail. Short and sweet. Taper ride for Ironman Oceanside 70.3 coming up next weekend.
