Day 3. Pajaro Dunes.
The day was filled with more boogie boarding, more kites, more sun.
The sandy beaches were great for boogie boarding, with a gradual slope, so you could stand up way out there and jump over the slow waves, and wait for you big one.
Relaxing the day away, by reading, and playing Frisbee with Dad.
Crabs walked on the beach.
I cooked dinner a couple nights for us. Hamburgers on night. Chicken another night.
After dinner, we sang a capella, since my musical sister was driving to San Jose to pick up her husband. My dad gave a devotional after dinner. He shared some important verses from his testimony. This year marked his 60th year walking with the Lord.
My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2:20 NLT)
Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity. (1 Timothy 4:12 NLT)
We finished up with ice cream dessert.
