PTC Ride. Sierra Madre – Bonelli Loop

52.9 Miles, 2,073 ft, 3:18:52 moving time, 87 suffer score, 31 Strava trophies

The skies were pink and purple as I loaded my Nike into the car. Life was beautiful, then I noticed that my front tire was flay. So rush rush rush. I was glad I always start early. I still made it to Sierra Madre in time for take off. The day ended up being on the cold side. I kinda wished that I had a full jacket. My sleeves, vest, hat, gloves, we’re just enough.

We rode east along Gladstone then down to Bonelli Park. We rode the loop around Bonelli, which was ran last week in the Holiday Half Marathon, and also at the Club Championship Olympic Triathlon.  Bonelli is adjacent to Raging Waters.

Shortly after this picture, Derek suggested we ran email each other up Hill at The Wall. I took off early to get a head start, and I even left them at the Red light, but to no avail. Luis and Derek caught me before the top. It was hilarious, because I was super happy to ditch them at the red light, and the were even happier to catch me.

We rode back to Sierra Madre Starbucks.

On my way home, I saw my peacock friends.
