6 folks out early for PTC Wednesday Morning Run. Prize patrol was out too with PTC socks!

It felt good to get out and run again. I felt sluggish, slug-like from all the laying around during vacation. Right knee was tight on the second half of the run. We had some good split times. The route we take is on streets, with steeply sloped gutters. So We end up running in the middle of the road which is flatter. So, I wore a neon shirt. Effective car deterrent early in the morning.
