4.0 miles, 49:27 moving time (stopped for pics)

The fog was thick this morning in Pasadena. As I ran solo, I stopped and clicked a few pictures with my phone on a new app, not crazy about it. I can’t wait until my new phone ships to me. gawd waiting for iPhone 6 plus sucks.

I felt good on the run. It was slow but a nice start. I am deflating my expectations for Sunday’s LA Rock n Roll Half Marathon. I don’t think I have put the speed time into it. But, I’m kinda checked out for the rest of the year, athletically.

Last night was fun. I went with BK and Irene to pick up M at the SoPas High football field. While we waited I played goalie and BK took shots on the soccer goal. We joined Dale and J. What a workout! It’s so tough. They kick hard now.
