My training plan is stacking up multiple workouts per day. So, I did a short run and then a long swim today. Run was slow. Maybe my body is still recovering from the airplane rides last week. The swim felt good after the run. I read the swim workout before jumping in the water. And I didn’t remember it exactly right. I did 3x 500, 3x 400, instead of 3x 400, 4x 300. Oops. At least I got the total distance in.
