57 miles, 3:19 moving time.

My friends doing Ironman Oceanside 70.3 in a couple weeks needed to do a race rehearsal, so I joined them for the ride today. It was super foggy along the trails. It almost felt like rain at one point. But the sun broke through and it was a beautiful day. There was water in the river and flowing in side channels that usually are dry.

Ben, Lynda, Mike, Tiffany, and I started from Duarte. We later saw Charles, Dave, Sue and Alvin.

It was a good time to spend time in my aerobars. I love my Redshift Seatpost and Aerobars. They work great. Comfy and energy efficient!
