9.7 miles, 1:35 moving time, 2,275 ft descent
On Memorial Day, a running group of PTC drove up Angeles Crest Highway and ran down. Lynda, Bob, Rudy, Ryan, and GT started at Red Box and ran down 14 miles. Bill and I dropped them off and then parked the van at Switzer (just past Clear Creek) and ran down 9.7 miles. The run is a steady 6-8% descent. We started at about 7:30am and it was already warm. I had my camelback, visor and snacks.
Bill and I rode up in his car to retrieve the van. The long crew was just behind us. I took some action shots while Bill was speeding up the mountain.

Warning: I had a very unfortunate grumbling in my tummy at mile 5. I had to pull over and privately release my discomfort. ugh.
