15.9 miles, 1:05 moving time, 1,184 ft elevation

On a sunny summer afternoon, the Club went for a Brick Ride around the Rose Bowl. A good size group for the social lap.  Dino was celebrating his Leadville experience. Lynda was celebrating her first qualifying ticket to Kona, from her AG win at Ironman Santa Rosa. Summer was riding with us for the first time! I swam at Malibu with her a few weeks ago.

The slow crowd peeled off after the first loop. We went up to Salvia Canyon, up Lida, up Figueroa. We rode over Chevy Chase to Descanso Gardens. We rode back up Chevy Chase and up St. Katherine to Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy. The sun starting dipping as we descended back to the Arroyo. Great ride.
