Cloudy morning. Kept it cool for a climb over all the hills around Pasadena.

Mile 0: Start at Jones Coffee. Got there a little early and had a cup of joe. Ride across town on Walnut. Old Town. Hill. Paloma, jacaranda tree lined street. Got pics of everyone.

Mile 6: Climbing begins at New York Dr. – Altadena Dr. Passing Eaton Canyon. Wiggle along a bunch of little foothill streets. Three or four pitchy parts at 10-13% to get to the top of Lake Ave.

Mile 11: Chaney Trail. Life choices were made at this intersection. I’m not ratting anyone or group out. But, I made it to the top of Chaney. Thanks, Ari, for the proof pic.

Mile 12: Rode across Hahamonga along Highland to Descanso Gardens. Ari had a flat, Jeff supervised.

Mile 20: Climb up to Foothill Blvd. Ride through La Canada and Montrose. Turn down Dunsmore. Descent begins.

Mile 24: Descent through Montrose and Glendale. Honolulu – La Crescenta – Canada – Verdugo .

Mile 31: Climb over Glenoaks. Climb up Chevy Chase Canyon – Linda Vista.

Mile 34: Descent over Lida to Linda Vista. 

Mile 37: Climb Arbor.

Mile 39: Coffee at Jones with Friends. Great ride.
