Back from a week of leisure cruise with the family. I’ll post a bunch of picture in a couple days. It was wonderful. In the mean time, I went for a run this morning. I feel behind in my training for Vineman 70.3. It snuck up on me all of the sudden. Run was slow. Right knee was borderline tweaky. Left calf was tight. This is me running past the park at the Rose Bowl.
