Ride Report – La Tuna Canyon

38.81 miles, 2:31 moving time, 2,927 ft elevation.

On a nice, sunny, summer morning, the Club rode up La Tuna Canyon. The Club started and ended at Jones Coffee, with snacks on the club at the end. GT was a great ride leader. He said we’d be back by 10:30 and he had us back before then. The little bit of fog burned off, by the time we rode through Burbank. The re-groups at Eagle Rock, Sunland, and at the top of La Tuna were rolling re-groups, at least for Kirk, keeping the group on a tight riding schedule. The long climb up La Tuna Canyon warmed us up. The descent was super fast. I got a couple Strava trophies on the descent today! We finished with a climb up Linda Vista and Arbor. Back at Jones Coffee, we refueled with cold brews and lattes.

Paul, James, Blake, Jim, MikeE, Marco, Gregg, Felipe, Kali, Carrie, JeffS, Julie, GT, Kristen, Tiffany, Marcelo, Leanne, Joe, MikeO, Kirk.
