Hill repeats. On a cold, but sunny SoCal December morning, during the week of Christmas, I got to join the Tuesday morning fun run. Turns out ‘fun’ = Hill repeats to Lynda. We met at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center and made a loop around the bowl. At each corner of the loop, we did hill repeats up and down, twice. The Rose Bowl sits in the Arroyo Seco, which is noticeably colder than the surrounding vista. So, each time go to the top it was a comforting warm end. Then, back down for some more work.
