With the final PTC Fecta Race looming over tomorrow, the PTC Saturday Ride went easy on the River Trials. We met in Sierra Madre on a bright sunny morning. The chill on the first descent was thawed by the time picked up a few more friends in Encanto Park in Duarte. We rolled down the San Gabriel River Trail to Whittier Narrows, then crossed Rosemead and rolled up Rio Hondo River Trail. Finishing up from Arcadia Golf Course, we pedaled back up to Sierra Madre. After the running Fecta, Lynda has the bike training ratcheting up a few gears. We’ll start big climbing and going long.
