I love me a musical! We took the kids to see the 2014 Tony award winning Best Musical, Gentlemen’s Guide to Love and Murder. Funny, silly, feast for the eyes and ears. The fun was down at the Ahmanson Theater in Downtown LA. The kids were almost looking forward to it. The audience was overwhelmingly gray haired, which I thought was hilarious. I loved the musical. It was a bunch of fun. I loved how they kept killing of the same guy dressed as different relatives. Oh, spoiler alert. The set design was campy and cheeky. The plot and singing was brilliant and witty. We went last week during spring break, so it was okay to dressed up and stay up late.
